Our processing system virtually eliminates the shipment of defective products.  Therefore, if any product is shipped with a defect in craftsmanship or materials they will be replaced without charge.
Please note that when working with the finest of materials there may be minor variations in color, clarity and finish.  These are part of the manufacturing process and not considered defects.​

Product Dimensions & Weights:

Due to the unique nature of the product, all dimensions, etch areas, capacities & weights are approximate & may vary.

Product Availability:

RespondersPro.com strives to maintain availability of products for our customers.  However please contact us to confirm availability, pricing, lead time for project and details.

Production Time:

Normal production time is 21 days from approval of artwork.
Please contact us to verify production time for each project as quantity, process options etc. determine ship dates.  Ship dates are confirmed at time of order.

Artwork:

To ensure the highest quality we accept only Vector art in sharp Black & White contrast in .eps or .ai.  Artwork supplied that is not production ready may result in additional charges and delivery delay.

 

Dies & Molds:

All tools, dies, molds and tapes remain the property of RespondersPro.com and do not leave the factory.  Inactive tools, dies, tapes and molds may be disposed of without notice.

Damages:

All product is inspected and expertly packaged for shipping.  However if damages occur please contact the shipping company directly for damage claims.

Payment with order unless otherwise stipulated by RespondersPro.com.
